SWORD

OVERVIEW: Sword is a melee phighter who was added in playtest 1, serving as a "jack-of-all-trades" for their class. He excels in close-quarters combat, with moves like Slash and Lunge to constantly pressure the enemy, and his phinisher, All-Mighty Axle Arc, serving as area denial. His weakness is ranged combat, being limited to one ranged move (Blade Beam). His passive, Spirit of The Sword, enables him to empower an ability with high burst damage, making quick work of an enemy.

LORE: Sword comes from the Lost Temple faction, and despite his allegience, he was raised and lives outside of the faction with his adoptive father/mentor, Venomshank. He is described to be socially ackward, but well meaning, and often speaks beforehe thinks, which irks people like Medkit. Being that he is the adoptive son of Venomshank (who is a literal deity), he takes pride in learning new combat techniques that can help him in phights.
